Unless otherwise stated all orders are processed within 1 working day. Please allow 3-5 days for your goods to arrive. Some items may take longer but you will be informed if this is the case.
Shipping costs are UK £3.99 first item, £2.99 each additional item.
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery UK £4.99 first item, £2.99 each additional item.
All other destinations £5.99 first item, £3.99 each additional item.

We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
In the unlikely event you should need to return any faulty goods please contact us using the link on this site within 14 days of receipt providing details of your purchase and you will be sent return instructions.
Note: If buying outside of Europe please check that your DVD player is Region 2 compatible or you have a Multi-Regional Player. Refunds cannot be given for purchases of incompatible DVD's as it is the customers responsibility to check before ordering.
Additional Shipping Costs
Please note, that due to the extreme bulk on some items, we have to alter some shipping charges which will be mentioned here, and these will be in addition to the standard shipping.
Items that cannot be delivered, and are returned to us - If sending items recorded delivery, or even un-recorded, meaning the royal mail will attempt to either deliver the item or leave you a card to collect. If the product cannot be delivered, or is not collected from the local sorting office and returned to us, we will charge an administration fee of £4 per item.
Therefore, if the item needs resending, or refunding, an administration fee of £4 will be charged.
Duvet Sets - Additional £5.00 will need to be added to shipping costs for these items, and these items will ONLY be shipped to the UK mainland
Football souvenirs - Football souvenirs will be sent to UK ONLY, unless contacted for additional postage rates based on weight.
All orders over £12 - Orders over £12 MUST be sent recorded delivery. If orders are placed via the website, and they do not include recorded delivery, and the value is over £12, then Price Drop Shop will not be held responsible for any non-received items.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase you are fully entitled to ask for a refund and return the product(s). Written notice must be given within 7 working days starting from the day after the purchase date.
A full refund (including original postage costs) will be given within 30 days of receiving the written cancellation notice. However you will be obliged to pay the product return postage cost.
A refund for un-sealed DVDs, CDs or computer software of any kind will not be possible.
1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be in their original condition & UN-OPENED packaging.
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
5. The goods must be received back within 7 days from the day the customer received their order.
6. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods at the customer's cost.
7. All Goods must be returned in resale condition. If the goods are not returned in the same resale condition to which they were received, then goods will be returned to the customer at their cost.
